Dear Heavenly Father
Father there is a new blessing in Your will for our lives everyday. Thank you for letting that be seen. Thank you for family and for friends. Thank you for the enjoyable time I was able to share last night with the ladies at church playing bunko and having great fellowship. I thank you for a building with air conditioners that work, lights, space and all the amenities we enjoy in that place. I am ever aware Father that You provided the ability for our church to have such a nice room for our fellowship meetings. I thank You for all the blessing that will take place there. It is in this space our church will grow and we’ll show the love we have for one another. Thank You Father for it all. Father please let our church be mindful of this and keep this space clear and clean so the blessing of being in Your church can be seen by every person who comes here.
Father, I am having a little surgery today just some oral work done on the tooth that I have already had so much done to trying to save. This is the tooth I had worked on in India so Father be with Dr. Hughes as he tries to section the bridge and repair the base. The work is different so I pray Father it will not break while they section it to remove the broken tooth under it. Watch over me Father while I am under their care. Let Roland and I have a safe trip to and from the doctors office.
Father, be with the Goode family today, be with Mark, be with Landry, Lisa and Micah. Be with the doctors that are caring for the burns Landry has suffered. That’s very painful for a child and very hard on parents to watch as a child hurts. Comfort them Father and bring them all home safe and whole. Give them peace of mind and strength.
Father, be with Karen Vasquez with her health and her work situation. Be with Donald Pratt as he needs more security in his work situation as well. Donald has a large family to support and Sue has some health issues as well as their children. They need their insurance and financial needs to stay secure. Help Debra as she is looking for a job and needing one to help her cope depression problems. Help get her through this and let her know she is worthy of a good life. Give her the ability to see the world differently and know she has a place and a duty here. Watch over Linda Allen and bless her with comfort as she still mourns the passing of her mother Barbara Bishop and as we know she is with You now Father let those left here be comforted by that knowledge. Be with Mari Jane Hammel as she’ll be facing surgery soon on her foot and it may cause her some difficulty with work and getting around so bless her with healing and a quick recovery. Watch over Robbie as he again faces difficult times and he finds himself once again in harms way. Protect him Father and for me I ask let no harm come his way. Be with Ricki Lane Father as changes are coming her way help her be accepting of those changes. Be with Roland always Father and he is our base and our strength and we depend on him Father to be our provider for this family. Let him have the abilities he needs to do this for all of us and let us be there to support and love him while he makes these efforts.
Father, for the shooting victims in Mont Belvieu, for the officers that were lost. Be with the family. It seems to have affected many in our church family and we knew these people so look after the cause Father and do what can be done by Your power to comfort those who will and have suffered greatly due to this misfortunate act. Be with Pam Leggett and her family. Be with those who were in contact with these people and give them rest and understanding. Let us not dwell on the desolate waste but on healing and relief for those who will forever be affected by this loss of life, this crushing blow to their potential. There are no human words that will give any reprieve so Father we beg it for them in Your sons sacrifices. In the ability for mercy and forgiveness that is only by Your will.
Father, closing today and thanking you for everything continue in all of us who seek you and let us continue to stay strong in You. In the powerful and strong name of Jesus we pray it all into Your hands……Amen
